Anthony Lyn Wester

Anthony Lyn Wester,  74, of Willard, passed away on Sept. 5, 2026, at The Manor at Elfindale in Springfield.
He was born on Feb. 13, 1952, to George and Christine (McCroskey) Wester.
He graduated from Willard High School in 1970 and spent his working years at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.
He was also a member of Gate of The Temple Lodge & Abou Ben Ahdem Shrine Temple in Springfield.
The center of his life was his wife, Debra Darlene (Pearce) Wester, his wife of over 53 years who precedes him in death.
He is survived by his son, Zeph Wester and wife Jean;

A service celebrating Tony’s life will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday,  Sept. 15, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home in Ash Grove.
