Dennis Neil Prevo

Dennis Neil Prevo, 86,  of Aurora passed away Friday, Oct. 16, in his home. He was born Feb. 11 1940 in Pleasant Ridge to his parents, Elbert E & Mildred M Prevo. 
 
He graduated from Verona High School in 1958. He married Dianne Johnson in September of 1961. He served 8 years in the National Guard. He then became a carpenter by trade, working with his father and brothers in the early years. 
 
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Dianne Prevo. He is also survived by his son, Mark L Prevo and wife Heather A Prevo of Aurora and daughter, Debra L Glidewell and husband Alen D Glidewell of Republic, a brother, David L Prevo and wife Vee Ann Prevo of Aurora. He was a Papa to several grandkids and great-grandkids. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert E Prevo and Mildred M Prevo, his brother Larry E Prevo and infant son Dennis Neil Prevo Jr.
 
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, Nov.4, from 2-4 p.m. at Peterson’s Funeral Chapel, 229 W Church St, Aurora. A private family burial will follow at a later date.
