Nancie Sue Marsh

Nancie Sue Marsh, 77, passed away Monday, Jan. 26, 2026. She was born on April 10, 1948 in Collin County, Texas, to Gilbert and Gladys (Gadberry) Lorance.
She grew up in Texas and was a 1968 graduate of McKinney High School in McKinney, Texas. Following high school she attended college for a brief period of time before entering the workforce. She worked in quality assurance for Texas Instruments until she retired in 1990. On June 10, 1982 she married Leroy Marsh in Collin County, Texas and he survives at the home.
She is survived by her husband Leroy Marsh, of Nixa; three children, Shane Bates, Shannon Bates and Shelly Bates, all of Texas; two stepchildren, Shelly and David Marsh; one brother, one sister, several grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Friends were received at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at Meadors Funeral Home. Burial followed at Wade Chapel Cemetery in Republic.
