Tracy Anne Slagle

Tracy Anne Slagle, was born on Oct. 25, 1962, in Springfield, to Dorrell C and Helen Marie (Scrivener) Luce.

As a City Administrator, she passionately served her community, tirelessly working to foster growth and positive change in Bolivar, MO, where she resided. Upon retirement from the city, she served as a manager with Liberty Utilities. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son Christopher James Slagle, Jr.; and a brother Timothy A. Luce.

She is survived by her loving husband, Christopher Slagle, daughters, Carol Friedl (Jason Royal) and Lyndsey Slagle-Neal (Jeffery), her sons, Turner Slagle (Brittany) and J Austin Slagle; five grandchildren: sister Dorelen Crocker (Pat).

A memorial visitation was held at Emmaus Springfield, Springfield, Friday, July 31, and a Celebration of Life at SBU’s Pike Auditorium inside Maybee Chapel Bolivar, Saturday, Aug. 1, where we will share stories, laughter, and tears in remembrance of her vibrant spirit.   Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO.
