BILLY PEMBERTON

Billy Pemberton, 82, of Billings passed away on June 17, 2024. He was born on Nov. 14, 1941, in Braymer; one of seven children born to Ira and Goldie (Martin) Pemberton.
He served in the U.S. Army for four years, from 1967 – 1971, including wartime service in the Korean War. In 1996, he and his family returned from Arizona to Billings.
He is survived by his daughter, Ashley (Dakota) Kamler; two grandchildren; his sister, Dorothy Oswald; as well as multiple nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Junior Pemberton, Jack Pemberton and Bobby Pemberton; sisters, Mary Bathgate and Donna Wilson; and two sons, Leslie and Brian.
Visitation and funeral services were held on Thursday, June 20, at Meadors Funeral Home in Billings. He was laid to rest next to his brothers and father in Highland Cemetery in Hamilton on Friday, June 21.
