Charles Roady Isaacs

Charles Roady Isaacs, 84, of Republic, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026. He was born Feb. 7, 1942, in Ponca City, Okla. He lived a life marked by faith, dedication, and deep love for his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jolene Isaacs; son, Ed Isaacs and his wife Glendola of Oklahoma City, Okla.; daughter, Julie McCarty and her husband Morgan of Bolivar; two grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Willard Isaacs of Wellington, Kan., along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Isaacs faithfully worked in the carpentry shop at the Assemblies of God Headquarters in Springfield, where he served for 20 plus years before retiring in 2007. He took pride in his craftsmanship and the work of his hands. Above all, he loved his family dearly and cherished every opportunity that they were able to get together. He found great joy in fishing, cheering on the University of Oklahoma Sooners football team and supporting the Kansas City Chiefs.

Family received friends and relatives on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026 at Meadors Funeral Home, 314 N. Main Avenue in Republic. Funeral services followed at 1 p.m. He was laid to rest in Lindsey Cemetery following his funeral service. Services were under the direction of Meadors Funeral Home.
