FRANCES “FRANKIE” NOE

Frances “Frankie” Noe, 88, of Strafford passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024. She was born on June 30, 1936, in North Dakota, to Albin and Anita (Sloan) Anderson; one of nine children.
She spent her younger years in North Dakota until 1958, when she relocated to Missouri where she met and married Clyde “Wayne” Noe on June 28, 1962.  They were married for 60 years when he passed away in December of 2022.
She worked as a nursing assistant at Aurora Community Hospital, for Visiting Nurses and for Dr. Kelsey. She went on to work in the Gastroenterology Department at Cox Hospital until 1991 and retired when she and Wayne moved to Pennsylvania. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Stafford for the past 18 years.
She is survived by her children: Gerry (Max) Springer, Bruce (Dru) Hoffman, Janene (Danny) Chaffin and Joanie Wooley; 19 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren; as well as other extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne; a son-in-law, Dean Wooley; as well as all eight of her siblings.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 23, with Dr. Orvin Feliciano officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Wayne, at Manley Cemetery following her funeral service.
