Ina Joan Westerman

Joan Westerman was born Oct. 1, 1934, to Glen Robertson and Dorothy (Kile) Robertson.
She spent most of her early life in Billings where she graduated High School.
In 1952, she married Carl Westerman, and together they had eight children.
She spent most of her life raising their children and working on their dairy farm. She later worked at French’s, where she retired in 1994.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl and two sons, Dean and Ronnie, also her son-in-law, Kenneth Arnall.
She is survived by six children, Donna Arnall, Jim Westerman and his wife Kathy, Pam Lowther and her husband Ray, all of Springfield; Debbie Kimberling, her husband Larry, of Clever; Terry Westerman and his wife Ronda, of Aurora; and Joe Westerman and his wife Bambi, of Walnut Grove; several grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
 
A visitation was on Monday, Aug. 31, at Meadors Funeral Home in Billings. A Graveside service followed at Smart Cemetery in Billings. Online condolences may be made at Meadorsfuneralhome.com.
