KATHRYN ANN REYNOLDS

Kathryn Ann Reynolds, 95, of Springfield, formerly of Wentzville passed away on Monday, Dec. 2, 2024, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield. She was born in Maryville on Sept. 15, 1929; the daughter of Paul and Helen (Lahr) Barmann.
She graduated from Maryville High School in 1947 and received her bachelor’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. She was a teacher and a homemaker and was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Wentzville.
On June 14, 1955, she married Olen Kenneth Reynolds in Maryville; they were married for 48 years when he passed away on Sept. 16, 2003.
She is survived by her daughter, Sue (Jim) Waggoner of Aurora; three sons: Steve (Luisa) Reynolds of Houston, Texas, David Reynolds of Barnard and Jeff (Melinda) Reynolds of Gilbert, Ariz.; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth and two brothers.
A graveside service under the direction of Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora was held on Tuesday, Dec. 10, at the Eternal Peace Cemetery in Wentzville, with Deacon Kirk Lackas officiating.
