KENNETH C. REID

Kenneth C. Reid, 76, of Billings passed away on Oct. 30, 2023 of pancreatic cancer, in his home. He was born on May 31, 1947 in Aurora and raised primarily by his mother, Mildred Lucielle (Johnson) Reid.
As a youth, he was baptized at Curtis Chapel Baptist Church in McKinley and attended school in Billings. After graduating from Billings High School in 1965, he would begin learning the construction and remodeling trade, working with the Laborer’s Union out of Springfield.
In 1973 he married his wife of over 50 years, Nancy (Allen) Reid. He had his own construction and remodeling business, Ken Reid Construction and was active in youth sports, coaching baseball for several years and volunteering with the Billings athletic booster club.
He is survived by his wife Nancy; son Jeff; two grandchildren; cousins, Kevin (Tammy) Cline and family, cousin James (Linda) Cline and family; brothers-in-law Bob (Judy) Allen and family; sister, Sharon Allen and family; sister-in-law Jan Allen; and more friends than could ever be listed.
He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Jack and his parents.
