LARRY E. DYE

Larry E. Dye, 75, of Springfield passed away on June 9, 2024. He was born in Springfield on July 10, 1948; the son of Gaylord “Pete” and Wanda (Goodin) Dye. On March 20, 1970, he married Janet Stockstill and they shared over 50 years together before she passed away in 2021.
He is survived by his children, Brian (Kara) Dye and Shawn Dye; two grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth (Janie) Dye and Gary (Joretta) Dye; sister, Cora (Brad) Parrish; and his other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Janet.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, at Sac River Event Center in Springfield. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 13, at the event center with burial to follow at Clear Creek Cemetery.
Arrangements were entrusted to Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home in Ash Grove.
