Nickie Michelle Hart

Nickie Michelle Hart, 51, of Clever, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2021. She was born on Oct. 10, 1969 in Kansas City, to Bill and Janet (King) Lee. 
Hart graduated from high school in the Kansas City area. She had four children, Jenna, Ashley, Jammie and Nick. She worked as a certified nursing assistant for Hospice Compassus for 17 years, as well as an EMT for Cox. She loved to camp, even restoring a vintage 1972 Jayco trailer with her husband Will. 
Hart is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Jimmy Lee and a grandson, Craylin Cisco. 
She is survived by her husband of eight years, Will; children Jenna Evans, Ashley Knowlton and her husband Cody, Jammie Kappel and her husband Joshua and Nick Hart and his wife Jacklyn; 18 grandchildren; a sister, Kimberly King; one brother, Bill Lee, as well as nieces, nephews and other extended family and countless friends. 
A graveside service was at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Clever.
