Republic Pregnancy Center expands
The increase of space has allowed the facility to increase accessibility of services to clients, which Jackson said has caused many of their clients to visit regularly. The center offers several free services to women in the area, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, consultations and more. The location is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and is located at 291 W. U.S. Highway 60 in Republic. For more information, call 417-732-5993, visit their website at www.republicprc.org, or visit their Facebook page. (Photo by Steve Chapman)
Surrounded by friends and supporters from the Republic Area Chamber of Commerce, Mary Jackson, director of the Republic Pregnancy Resource Center, cuts the ribbon in a ceremony celebrating the expansion of the center, doubling its space.
