TERESA A. RYAN

Teresa A. Ryan, 64, of Aldrich passed away March 26, 2024. She was born in Watertown, S.D. on Dec. 19, 1959, to Raymond and Nona Wentz.
The family moved to Dubuque, Iowa in 1975 and later to Springfield. She attended Glendale High School and after high school, she was employed at Vickers Petroleum where she met the love of her life, David Ryan.
She and David married in 1982 and shared over 41 years together. They lived in Willard and Springfield, then in 1989, they moved to Aldrich where they remained for 35 years.
She is survived by her husband, David; her children, Tressa Grace Ryan and Tyler Allen Ryan; three grandchildren; brothers, Bill Wentz (Paula) and Gary Wentz (Helen); sisters, Jan Shanks, Mary Jo Gornick (Tom); nieces; nephews; and lots of loving friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Seth Ballou.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home in Walnut Grove. Burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
