ARONDA L. DECKER

Aronda L. Decker, 68, of Republic passed away on Saturday, Feb. 4 following a long fight with cancer and a recent illness. She was born Jan. 27, 1955 to Ronald & Betty Ross of Monett.
She graduated from Monett High School in May of 1973.
She married her husband of nearly 50 years, Dennis Decker, in December of 1972.
Decker is preceded in death by her husband Dennis Decker and her father Ronald Ross.
She is survived by her three children: Kristen Fischer and husband Chris of Springfield; Jared Decker and wife Brooke of Clever; and Ryan Decker and wife Kaitlyn of Nashville, Tenn. She was the grandmother to three grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Lyda Young and husband Rusty of Searcy, Ark.
Visitation was held on Thursday, Feb. 9, at Meadors Funeral Home in Republic, with funeral services on Friday, Feb. 10, at Meadors Funeral Home.
