MARY EVELYN PRESLEY SCOTT SIX

Mary Evelyn Presley Scott Six, 92, of Willard passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024 surrounded by family. She was born on Aug. 23, 1931, near the Morrisville area, the daughter of Clay and Louise (Doke) Presley.
She graduated from Marion C. Early Schools in 1949.
She married Sammie Scott on July 22, 1950, they shared 56 years together before he passed away in 2006. Later in life she married Roy Six of Walnut Grove until his passing.
She was an active member of the Rose Hill Baptist Church. During her lifetime she was employed at Marion C. Early Schools as an aide and Harry Cooper Supply where she retired in 1983.
She is survived by her son, David (Robin) Scott of Willard.; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Phyllis Owens; her sister-in-law, Connie Presley; and many dear cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents; both husbands, Sammie Scott and Roy Six; brother, Wayne Presley; and her brother-in-law, Lowell Owens.
Visitation and funeral services were held on Monday, May 20, at Rose Hill Baptist Church with burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
