ANDEANA FISHER

Andeana Fisher, 83, of Springfield passed away on June 26, 2024. She was born on July 29, 1940, in Fort Bridger, Wyo. the youngest of three children.
Her mother (Julia Olga Larson) was born to Norwegian immigrants, and had married an American lumberjack (James David Huston) who worked in the mountains of Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and Idaho.
She became a licensed practical nurse and a pastor’s wife.
At the age of 15, she fell in love with Bill Fisher.  A year later they married.
She always loved horses, riding them, grooming them and caring for them.
In her 20s she played fast-pitch, semi-pro women’s softball in/around San Francisco.
No services are planned at this time.
Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Meadors Funeral Home in Republic.
