VICKY JOAN (DANIEL) BRATTIN

Vicky Joan (Daniel) Brattin, 71, of Nixa passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield. She was born Aug. 24, 1952, in Cassville; the daughter of Nick and Joan (Pierce) Vanderpool.
She graduated from Southwest High School in Washburn.
On Oct. 22, 1971, she was united in marriage to Danny Brattin; they were married for almost 15 years when he passed away on July 16, 1986.
She was employed by Justin Boot as a stitcher for several years from where she retired. She also spent countless weekends/hours clerking for several local auctioneers. She was a member of North Point Church in Nixa.
She is survived by her daughter, Joanna (Steve) Sexton of Nixa; three grandchildren; her sister, Donna Vanderpool of Springfield; sister-in-law, Charlie Vanderpool of Purdy; and brother, Randy Vanderpool of Butterfield.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny; her parents; and one brother, Rick Vanderpool.
Services were held Tuesday, July 23, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville with Brother Tony Ball conducting the services. Burial was at Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter.
