Gloria Jean (Gray) Moon, 77, of Schoolcraft, Mich., formerly of Ash Grove passed away on Aug. 23, 2024. She was born in Springfield on Feb. 10, 1947, to George and Patsy (Simmons) Gray.

MARILYN SUE HUFFMAN

Marilyn Sue Huffman, 88, of Springfield passed away peacefully on Aug. 25, 2024. She was born Dec. 12, 1935, to Marion Jesse Huffman and Lylian Lee Huffman. She graduated from Hartville High School and Missouri State University, going on to a long and distinguished career as a legal secretary.

DARLA KAYE (ZINSER) GOETZ

Darla Kaye (Zinser) Goetz, 56, of Walnut Grove passed away on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024. She was born on Aug. 26, 1967, in Springfield, to Jack Zinser and Mitzi Smith.
She was a CNA with CMH.

Lois DeClue-Scally, born Sept. 1, 1937, passed away on Sept. 1, 2024, at the age of 87.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. on Friday Sept. 6, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home in Ash Grove. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. on Saturday Sept. 7, at Sinking Creek Cemetery in Everton.
 

PAM ANN (MARK) BAUMGARDNER

Pam Ann (Mark) Baumgardner, 74, passed away on Aug. 25, 2024. She was born in Sapporo, Japan on May 8, 1950; the daughter Ottis Paul and Ruby Evelyn (Ratje) Mark. Her father was killed in action on Dec. 7, 1950.

John Flavius Sayre, 90, of Ash Grove passed away on Aug. 23, 2024. He was born on Aug. 16, 1934 in Ponca City, Okla.; the son of Flavius Jacob Sayre and Opal Amoria (Thomas) Sayre.
He had one brother, Richard A. Sayre who died too young in 1983.

Michael “Mike” A. Moore, 56, of Republic passed on the morning of Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024 while at KU Medical Center in Kansas City. He was born on April 20, 1968, in Monett; the son of Clifford and Karen Jane Moore.

Rethal May Curbow, better known as “Jack”, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 18, 2024, at the age of 89. She was born in Bois D’Arc on Aug. 2, 1935, the oldest of four siblings born to Howard and Jessie Rachel (Keith) Allhands
She graduated from Republic High School.

Gregory “Greg” Mason Dollens passed peacefully in his sleep on August 17, 2024, at the age of 63. Born August 8, 1961, in Mexico, Missouri, to Robert “Bob” and Rhonda Dollens, Greg grew up with a boisterous family full of aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents who doted on him.
