Faye “Maxine” White, 102, of Walnut Grove passed away on Friday, Feb. 21, 2025, at the Ash Grove Nursing Facility. She was born in Dadeville on May 24, 1922; the daughter of Emil and Eva (Drummond) Wheeler.

Dennis Rush, 84, of Clever passed away on Feb. 14, 2025. He was born in Truman, Ark. on March 6, 1940; the son of Green and Theda (Keith) Rush.
He graduated from Billings High School with the class of 1958 and graduated from Columbia College with a degree in Business Administration.

WILLIAM “BILL” MUNDEN, II

William “Bill” Munden, 81, of Aurora, and formerly of Willard passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2025. He was born in Springfield on March 8, 1943; the oldest of six childre born to William and Alice (Billups) Munden.
He married Catharine “Cathy” Lowry in 1978.

Loretta Jane (Betz) Miller, 87, of Republic passed away on Feb. 12, 2025. She was born in Joplin, on Nov. 8, 1937; the daughter of Russell “Buck” and Mary (Murdock) Betz.
She attended school in Carl Junction.
She was a longtime member of Westside Christian Church.

JOYCE ELAINE GIFFORD

Joyce Elaine (Brown) Misemer Gifford, 89, of Springfield passed away Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025. She was born Oct. 20, 1935, in Republic.
She worked as the postmaster in Bois D’Arc for over 30 years. She enjoyed visiting with her family and friends, and collecting angels.

Wilma Faye Atkins Davis, 77, of Brookline passed away on Sunday, Feb.23, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She was born  in Lebanon on July 9, 1947; the daughter of David Jesse Atkins and Wilma Vera (Wilson) Atkins.

Linda Sue (Keller) Alders, 80, of Billings passed away on Feb. 13, 2025. She was born in St. Joseph on July 3, 1944; the daughter of J.D. and Winnie Keller.She graduated from Benton High School in 1962. The summer after graduating she met James Alders and they married on Sept. 10, 1965.
